Deep Cleaning FAQs
What's included in a deep clean?
A deep cleaning includes thorough cleaning of bathrooms, kitchen (including inside the oven and refrigerator), dusting all surfaces, ceiling fans, baseboards, windows, frames, vacuuming, and mopping all floors.
How far in advance should I book a cleaning?
We recommend booking at least 48–72 hours in advance to ensure availability. For commercial or large-scale cleanings, earlier notice is even better.
Can I change or cancel my appointment?
Yes, you can reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 48 hours in advance without any fee. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a $50 cancellation fee.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No, it’s not necessary. As long as we have access to the property, we can take care of everything and update you once the job is done.
How do you access the property if I’m not home?
You can leave a key in a secure location, provide a code for a lockbox or smart lock, or coordinate access with someone you trust. We handle all access information with care and confidentiality.

Our regular cleaning includes dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens, and tidying high-traffic areas. It’s designed to keep your space consistently clean and fresh.
How often should I schedule maintenance cleaning?
Most clients choose weekly or bi-weekly visits for the best results. However, we also offer monthly or custom schedules to suit your lifestyle and needs.
Can I customize what’s cleaned during a visit?
Absolutely. We offer flexible cleaning checklists so you can prioritize the areas that matter most to you. Just let us know your preferences ahead of time.
Will I have the same cleaner every time?
We do our best to assign the same cleaner for consistency and peace of mind. If scheduling requires a change, we’ll inform you in advance and ensure the same high standard is maintained.
